all must suffer through a move; there's just no way to do it without
stress, no matter the amount of planning, coordination, lead time, and
promise of a new coffee system. At some point you just have to stop,
unload the shelves, and pack the boxes. And while we're engrossed in
physically moving and organizing 4100 square feet of stock and
furnishings into 7000 feet of space, we can't be packing orders, and we
won't be able to respond to emails as quickly as usual.

So the cutoff for placing orders for shipping this week is Friday, noon EST, February 1. Orders placed after noon February 1 will not be shipped until Monday, February 11.
Now this doesn't mean you can't place orders
as usual; goodness no, our web store is untouched during our relocation.
But you'll have to wait an inordinate amount of time before the orders
are finally shipped.
For this inconvenience, from to Midnight Saturday
February 2 to Midnight Monday February 11 (EST), everything except frame
build kits and complete bikes is 20 percent off to retail customers (frames are included in
the sale, just not our already rock-bottom priced kits and builds). A
screamin' moving deal, customer appreciation days, Ravens Won the Super
Bowl Sale, call it what you'd like, it's 20 percent off for (most) retail orders
placed during this period.

Will the new digs include a storefront where local customers can come in, pay, and leave with the loot?
We won't have a real storefront, but we'll still have a small showroom where you can see and buy items.
Can Feb. 2-11 20% off web orders be placed for local pickup (week of Feb. 11?) at your new loc?
Yes, you can pick up orders on the 11th at the new warehouse. When you place an order simply put Velo Orange as the ship-to address and we'll delete the shipping charge.
Does the 20% off apply to Canadian orders?

Bob, Canadians do get the sale prices as does everyone else in any country. But we need to chat about that tar sands thing.
Will we need to apply a coupon code or will it be automatically deducted from the final price after we submit an order?
No code is required.
I like to support my LBS (focus cyclery) and they are a velo orange dealer. Does the 20% count on orders placed through them or just online.
The 20% off is only through our on line store.

I am truly bummed to have missed this sale...I held out til today, thinking it was midnight tonight. Ouch!
I'm pretty surprised by the overwhelming response to the sale; you'd think we'd never run one before. We're so swamped that we won't be able to clear out the backlog at least until tomorrow (Feb 13), and international orders are even worse.
So for the continued inconvenience, Chris has decreed the sale be extended to 11:59pm today, February 12, Eastern Standard Time. Those who ordered after the first cutoff of 11:59pm February 10 will be credited the 20% to their credit cards once all of the orders are packed and outta here.
