Yard Sale Loot

Here are a few photos of stuff we'll be selling at the VO yard sale this Saturday.

We'll have some VO frames that are scratched or are prototypes. There are also a few classic frames, including a Mercian Superlight, two Motobecanes, a Jack Taylor Tandem, a Bottechia Pro that are owned by staff members or were used for reference.

There are a bunch of fenders and a few tires. Many wheels too.

TA and VO chainrings, saddles, CLB brake levers, cranks, handlebars, racks, decaleurs, prototype gloves...

Kate, our company barista, will be pulling shots.

Finally, we put a few more things on the specials page.

  3. So, my sister (all 5'2" of her) is looking at your Polyvalent mini-kits. Will the smallest size you're showing, 51cm, be a reasonable fit? I'm thinking it's a bit of a stretch. Would the Mixte in 51cm be better?

  8. Apis, Please read the sizing post from a few weeks ago. You'll need more than just height to determine frame size. Send an e-mail to info@velo-... if you need more help.

  11. Can I get a ballpark range for the price and condition of the saddles? I want to know because I won't be able to make it and would like to request someone pick it up.

  13. That was a great garage sale! I'm happy as can be. That 2CV certainly was a big hit with the crowd. Nice to hear one again, it's been over 40 years. Thanks!

  14. In the picture of the tires (Yard+Sale+fenders.jpg), what are the brown tires with the tan sidewalls in the background?

I think you're referring to the Grand Bois Hetre 650Bx42 tires I bought at the garage sale. The tread is red in real life.
