I will only buy the VO aero helmet if it includes steel wool to remove the gaudy logoing, for that will surely ruin its classical and understated elegance!
What is this "pollution equipment" of which you speak?
The 2CV, she is designed to be serviced by the average peaseant using only a corkscrew and a rock. Certainly that excludes a (comment ca dit?) "cataclysmic comforter" or whatever . . .
just to set the record straight, peasants with corkscrews DO offer "cataclimactic comfort." I am quite surprised at the lack of sophistication as evinced in these comments!
used to have a ds21 pallas, 1967. fantastic car. mint green with a champagne roof, citromatic, red fuzzy seats, just a big marshmallow of a car, that hauled butt and was very quiet!!! vive l'citroen!!!!!!!!!!!
What's the top speed of your 2CV?
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
ReplyDeleteThe first words that came to mind when viewing this picture were: "Crash test Dummy".

65mph! That's why Perry is wearing the new VO aero helmet.

so, how was the lateral stiffness of the mixte at speed?
ReplyDeleteIs that really Jan Heine on the Mixte ?
ReplyDeleteDoes the 2CV plane more or less than the bike ?
Jeez. Perry sucking 2-cycle exhaust! You are a hard task master.
ReplyDeleteAllez, allez!
ReplyDeleteGunner, The 2cv, she is four stroke.
ReplyDeleteHow about checking the tire pressure on the 2CV
ReplyDeleteYep, four-stroke, but only two-cylinder, which explains her blazing performance. Probably lacks any pollution equipment too, so pretty stinky anyhow.
