Nice write up on shellacing by the way. I poked around a little and saw the review of this book. I noticed it was published by the University of Nebraska press, which is my alma mater. I figured I would support the old U and get the book. They even sent me to the warehouse to pick it up (no shipping). I am on vacation and in one short plane ride I read half the book. This book is one of those few books that I wish would never end. I heartily recommend it to other cycling enthusiasts. If amazon doesn't have it you can order it directly from the publisher
Thanks for the other suggestions for reading.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24415034.post-1173294833378248002007-03-07T14:13:00.000-05:002007-03-07T14:13:00.000-05:00Daniel Behrman's "The Man Who Loved Bicycles" is r...Daniel Behrman's "The Man Who Loved Bicycles" is reproduced on-line here: http://www.bikereader.com/contributors/behrman/behrman.htmlAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24415034.post-1172763951959004932007-03-01T10:45:00.000-05:002007-03-01T10:45:00.000-05:00"The Need for the Bike" is truly beautiful.
