Thermoses and Cable Housing

We have our first shipment of leather covered thermoses. These are the ones that fit in a water bottle cage. It's getting cold and this is just the thing to keep you warm on those long winter rides. Fill it with coffee, tea, calvados, whatever.

We'll probably run out of these, but we can get more in about two weeks.

We also now have derailleur and brake cable housing in red, yellow, silver, dark green, blue, and stainless mesh. The orange we ordered turned out to be electric pink; I'll try again.

Looks like white too.

I bet you could sell lots of pink housing to the fixed gear girls...

Does anyone make an offwhite or ivory, something that would match old bluemels from the 1950s?

re: the pink housing--Except the fixie chicks don't use brakes. I live in fixie central--East Van, and even the 'posengers', the kids with the old 10 speeds who are just running a shortened chain on their 5 speed freewheels pop the back brake off. For style...
It looks so rad--even under the wheels of a bus.

I really dig the silver cable, might have to procure some of that for my casati.

Funny, I remember when I used to race in the NYC region, Casatis are really popular there, the first time I was really suffering up a hill and a guy rode by me and I swear I thought his frame said "Castrati".

I've been looking for cream/offwhite/ivory for a project bike myself. It might have been white originally, but nothing else on the bike is really white anymore so bright white cable housings would really look out of place on it.

Tim any luck with the ivory/off white/cream cable housing. I am looking for the same. Thank you. Martin

For everyone looking for offwhite or ivory, Campagnolo Pearl is what you are looking for. It is pricey and available on Ebay from vintage horders on a regular basis. It is beautiful but expensive.

Does no one actually make cream/beige/off-white cable then? Someone could really corner the market.
